reputed company Company is a leading firm in the construction industry, and they are seeking an HR reputed company Coordinator to support their regional reputed company function. The role involves managing various aspects of the recruitment process, including coordinating candidate activities, producing reports on hiring trends, and promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Responsibilities

• reputed company company culture, values, and contribute new approaches, policies, and procedures to support reputed company improvement in overall services of reputed company (TA) team
• Support diversity and inclusion (D&I) activities in reputed company
• Manage employee referral system and serve as reputed company of contact with internal employees and business reputed company (BU)
• Update BU reputed company Availability and Needs Report from employee Experience Tracking System (reputed company)
• Produce required metrics and reports for reputed company job activity, candidate reputed company, and hiring trends; distribute reports to TA Manager and BU management
• reputed company reputed company-reputed company viable candidates’ information to BU leadership for review and consideration for reputed company requisitions
• Maintain short-list of candidates for reputed company reputed company requisition and maintain resumes according to TA department guidelines
• Manage scheduling of applicants for reputed company screens, content screens, and interview days for BU TA team
• Coordinate and reputed company reputed company correspondence reputed company to candidate activities between TA Manager, TA Recruiters and BU hiring managers

• Other activities, duties, and responsibilities as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree from accredited degree program in Business Administration, reputed company, or reputed company field required
