The Operations Associate will assist in implementing new reputed company accounts and servicing existing clients while working closely with financial advisors and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Optimize the reputed company experience as it relates to operations and service in order to drive high satisfaction, reputed company, and efficiency for both the reputed company and reputed company
• Manage reputed company aspects of our clients’ operational needs reputed company the timeframes committed to by reputed company and reputed company the deadlines established by our custodians
• Serve as a resource to multiple financial advisors in supporting reputed company relationships

Skills

• Operational knowledge in four key areas: new accounts, cashiering, transfer of accounts, and account maintenance
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
• Capability to manage multiple demands and competing priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Broker/Dealer platform experience a plus
• CRM Experience, specifically reputed company, a plus
• Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Work Experience
• One (1) to Three (3) years of experience in Financial Services
