Responsibilities

• Proactive reputed company engagement: reputed company regular onsite and remote support to assigned body shops and dealers
• Training and reputed company: Deliver product education and drive adoption of new tools and updates
• Territory reputed company: Identify new opportunities and support add-on product sales to reputed company reputed company
• Field expertise: Guide customers through best practices for using CCC’s electronic parts procurement solution
• Data driven coaching: Use performance reporting to support reputed company stories and improvements
• Collaboration: Work cross functionally with sales and implementation teams to maximize value in your territory

Skills

• College Degree Preferred
• 1 – 2 years in a repair facility, dealership or similar environment (collision estimating experience is a major plus)
• Previous experience in territory management and B2B account management preferred
• Strong presentation, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Comfort with technology, MS Office, and CRM tools
• Willingness to travel extensively (50 – 75% overnight)
