Staff Analyst - Banking & Investments

reputed company is a company founded in 1945 that provides financial services tailored for educators. They are seeking a Staff Analyst to support daily cash management, banking operations, and investment activities while ensuring compliance with internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily banking activities, including cash positioning, short-term investments, and long-term investment transactions
• Process and reconcile daily bank activity
• Assist with reputed company reputed company to cash collections, disbursements, and broader cash management initiatives
• Support the preparation and review of annual budgets for banking and investment-reputed company expenses; reputed company actuals and reputed company monthly variance analysis
• Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for banking partners and assist in resolving operational issues
• Review and update cash management procedures to ensure compliance with SOX (reputed company 404) and disaster recovery requirements
• Support management in the operational aspects of capital structure reputed company
• Participate in cross-functional and corporate reputed company as needed
• Continuously evaluate processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and controls

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, reputed company, or a reputed company field; or equivalent experience
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with reputed company partners
• 1+ year of experience in banking, treasury, or financial analysis preferred
