Responsibilities

• Apply training and instructional design principles to ensure alignment with mission training objectives
• Plan, reputed company, and deliver training materials as scheduled
• Assist with creating training content and materials based on the financial system being implemented; this will require learning enough about the reputed company system to reputed company relevant training materials
• Have the desire and ability to travel reputed company the U.S., as needed, to deliver training

Skills

• BS degree in Business, Education, Training, HR, Information Technology, or a reputed company field
• Up to 3 years of experience in training development and delivery for Federal government clients
• Proven experience delivering multiple training events for Federal government clients
