Mortgage Operations Specialist

The Operations Specialist III assists the reputed company and Closing department by reviewing mortgage loan files for accuracy and ensuring efficient completion of the loan process.

Responsibilities

• Confirms completeness of system data reputed company to contract, closing screens, document delivery dates, and file event dates
• Responsible for adding, updating, or clearing conditions reputed company reputed company loan operating system
• Issues the reputed company to reputed company in the loan operating system
• Assigns due out dates for new loan submissions and conditions based on published turn times; assign files to the reputed company team
• Provides status of failed audits to ensure responsible party can complete reputed company reputed company of audit deficiencies
• Reviews new loan files for reputed company and minimum submission standards
• Identifies and interprets post-closing failed loan document messages
• Maintains an overall error percentage of less than 15%
• Reviews and maintains documentation according to required standards
• Completes a thorough checkdown of final approved loans
• Conducts random reputed company control checks of loans at various stages (Processing, reputed company, Closing) to ensure compliance with department standards

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1 year of mortgage experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with solid computer skills
• Analytical thinker and consultative mind to support both team members and managers in reputed company areas of the business
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated with the reputed company to meet and reputed company assigned goals
• Willing to learn, industrious, determined, and assertive
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask to complete a wide reputed company of tasks
• Strong people skills with ability to reputed company with reputed company internal teams and external customers
• Must be reputed company to maintain sensitive and confidential information
• Diligence to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and on time
• Processing or reputed company experience preferred
