The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for answering calls and web chats, assisting customers, and resolving issues reputed company to transactions and accounts.
Responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls/web chats and assisting customers by providing information or resolving issues
- Researching and analyzing transactions and other account issues
- Entering or modifying reputed company-By-Phone payments
Skills
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Ability to work 10:00am to 7:00pm shift
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills, PC, reputed company Word/reputed company & Internet
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively reputed company with people of reputed company reputed company reputed company and diverse backgrounds
- Prior reputed company center or finance experience
- Some college preferred
