Coordinator, reputed company Media

The reputed company is dedicated to improving lung health and preventing lung disease. They are seeking a Coordinator, reputed company Media to support the management and execution of reputed company media content across their national channels, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and organizational priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support the reputed company Media Managers in planning, scheduling, and posting content across national reputed company media channels
• Maintain a master reputed company media calendar, ensuring reputed company planned content is reflected
• reputed company incoming reputed company media requests from across the organization, maintaining a reputed company queue of deliverables, deadlines, and review needs
• Coordinate asset collection, reviews, and approvals for posts; ensure reputed company materials are properly formatted and captioned prior to scheduling
• Monitor upcoming content for potential overlaps, conflicts, or timing issues
• Support posting, monitoring, and community management as needed, including coverage during high-volume campaigns or staff absences
• Help maintain the organization’s reputed company media management and analytics tools (e.g., reputed company)

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, reputed company Relations, or reputed company field preferred (or equivalent experience)
• One to two years of experience in reputed company media coordination, content management, or digital marketing; nonprofit or cause-based experience a plus
• Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Enthusiastic and reputed company approach to work, the ability to communicate reputed company
• Experience with reputed company media management and analytics tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Business Suite, reputed company scheduling tools)
• Comfortable managing multiple reputed company simultaneously and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for digital storytelling and advancing reputed company health or mission-driven causes through reputed company media
• Ability to lift and carry 25 lbs. (event supplies)
• Familiarity with creative workflows and asset management systems (e.g., reputed company, Click-Up, or similar)
