Treasury Management Sales Associate

The Treasury Management Sales Associate will assist in reputed company-generating activities and collaborate with teams to implement banking services for corporate customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with implementation documentation to ensure a smooth implementation of new banking services
• Identify opportunities to deepen existing customer relationships by offering solutions to meet identified needs
• Understand customer needs and expectations while delivering customer service in a knowledgeable, accurate and reputed company manner with the ability to deal effectively and tactfully with customers in handling complaints, problems and general inquiries
• Work completed in a reputed company, efficient and accurate manner
• Plan, organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines
• Foster collaboration with other reputed company by building credibility and trust
• May accompany TMPC on customer calls

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• One to three years of relevant experience, preferably in banking and/or customer service
• Basic knowledge of treasury management products
• Ability to identify and resolve/escalate problems with minimal guidance
• Strong reputed company verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Proficient computer navigation skills using a reputed company of software packages including reputed company Office applications
• Existing knowledge of reputed company platforms a plus
