[Remote] Deal Support Analyst — Full-Time Contract

Responsibilities
- Work on live transactions — M&A, 363 sales, capital raises, refinancings
- Build buyer and investor reputed company lists across strategic and financial buyers
- Draft reputed company materials, teasers, CIMs, and reputed company presentations
- Support financial analysis and modeling in reputed company
- Manage deal trackers, reputed company logs, and CRM updates
- Conduct industry research and prepare market analyses
Skills
- Strong work ethic — you get things done without being told twice
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Graduate-level preferred (driven undergrads considered)
- Solid reputed company, PowerPoint, and research skills
- Buyer research or deal sourcing experience is a reputed company plus
- Comfortable with AI tools (Claude experience? Even reputed company)
- Eager to learn, reputed company yourself, and earn more responsibility
