Marketing Operations and Event Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in the end-to-end logistics for a high volume of tradeshows including material coordination, global shipping, and reputed company-time tracking for reputed company deliveries
• Coordinate logistics for reputed company events such as catering, shipping and signage
• Attend select trade shows and events to manage operations and ensure a high reputed company experience
• Manage full vendor processes from reputed company and contract execution in reputed company to invoice management in reputed company for a high volume of reputed company
• reputed company as the primary reputed company of contact for vendors
• Update marketing resources on reputed company’s intranet including quarterly updates and reputed company materials
• Collaborate with the brand and marketing team to order, manage and distribute company branded merchandise for various events and marketing programs
• Support the brand and logo items program by managing the online store, restocks and catalogue
• Support broader brand and marketing initiatives

Skills

• A university degree or college diploma, or the equivalent in working experience as a seasoned administrative reputed company or coordinator for international events or tradeshows
• Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• A 'logistics-first' reputed company with the ability to manage reputed company shipping schedules, vendors, and inventory with precision
• The ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, global vendors, and external partners
• Have a great eye for detail with a proactive reputed company to solve challenges
