As a Contact Centre Representative, you will reputed company exceptional customer service, assist customers with their inquiries, and promote digital banking solutions while building reputed company relationships with members.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist customers over the phone, email and chat, establish rapport, address service inquiries and customer concerns, and reputed company opportunities to deepen customer relationships
