[Remote] Tier 1 Operations Support Specialist

They are seeking a Tier 1 Operations Support Specialist to help reputed company robust systems by implementing monitoring tools and automating processes while providing reputed company operational support.

Responsibilities

• Help the Intelligence Community reputed company more robust systems by building a resilient infrastructure
• Build in redundancy, implement monitoring tools, and automate wherever possible
• Reduce toil by scripting routine tasks and automating self-repair
• Support reputed company missions with reputed company and uninterrupted operation support

Skills

• 1+ years of experience in a technical support role such as IT operations or help desk
• Experience performing initial troubleshooting for system, application, or network issues
• Experience using ticketing or incident management tools such as JIRA or reputed company
• Experience with Linux or reputed company system administration fundamentals
• Ability to follow reputed company operating procedures and document actions reputed company
• Ability to work rotating round-the-clock shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• HS diploma or GED
• Ability to obtain a reputed company+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-reputed company, or GSEC Certification reputed company 6 months of hire
• Experience monitoring reputed company systems, dashboards, logs, or mission applications
• Experience escalating incidents to higher-tier teams
• Knowledge of on‑reputed company processes, after‑hours support models, or operational recall procedures
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff through strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a high‑reputed company environment
• Bachelor's degree
