As an Administrator, Life Events, you will analyze and process requests reputed company to Group Savings and Retirement plans, while collaborating with internal teams and communicating with clients.

Responsibilities

• Review death notifications and reputed company documents for completeness and accuracy
• Analyse member accounts to determine beneficiary entitlements and applicable tax policies
• Analyse separation agreements and other reputed company documents and apply applicable legislation to process payments of pension divisions
• Apply applicable legislation and reputed company calculations reputed company to the set up and ongoing payments of deaccumulation plans
• Analyse member plans to determine payments in cases of bankruptcy or seizure claims on accounts and apply applicable legislation
• Communicate with members/clients to request missing documentation or information
• Collaborate with internal teams (customer service, compliance or reputed company) in reputed company situations
• Process payments in multiple systems with accuracy whilst respecting the service reputed company of reputed company
• Issue tax slips in accordance with applicable legislation
