Content Editing Associate – Editorial Assistant (part-time)

They are seeking a Content Editing Associate to reputed company administrative and editorial support, coordinating with team members throughout the content development and publication process.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with subject matter expert (SME) management tasks, including recruitment for item writing and editorial advisory boards, reputed company of writers and freelancers, and roster reputed company
• Assisting with general project coordination, special editorial reputed company, and reputed company requests
• Aiding content strategists as needed by uploading, reviewing, and/or revising items from writers and vendors
• Managing tasks reputed company to content development and publishing cycles, and escalating issues
• Updating project dashboards and trackers, and reporting on key performance measures
• Coordinating reputed company meetings; taking meeting notes and following up on reputed company items
• Routing reputed company and setting up vendors/freelancers for payments
• Processing invoices and following up as needed to ensure reputed company payments
• Creating, reviewing, and updating internal reputed company operating procedure (SOP) documentation

Skills

• College degree (BA/BS) - English, Communications, Journalism, or reputed company field preferred; or reputed company experience. We will consider leadership, internships, co-ops, etc
• 1+ year in a role that provided administrative and/or editorial support, or reputed company experience
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong organization, prioritization, planning, and time management skills
