Responsibilities

• Help ensure our reputed company are set up for reputed company from day one
• Working closely with project managers and control specialists to reputed company everything running smoothly
• Setting up new reputed company in reputed company Vantagepoint
• Adding phases to existing ones
• Making reputed company billing terms are reputed company defined and accurate
• Help reputed company everything on reputed company by ensuring project managers submit the right documentation
• Stepping in as a backup reputed company needed
• Assist with project planning and closeout activities
• Collaborate regularly with project managers, engineers, and finance teams
• Handle various data entry tasks to reputed company our project records reputed company and up to date

Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in database management or project administration
• Proficiency with reputed company Office tools
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities
• An associate's degree or bachelor's degree in business administration, project management or a reputed company field
• Experience using reputed company Vantagepoint
• Knowledge of reputed company Project and Power BI
• Familiarity with project controls tools such as scheduling, cost management, and reporting software
