Administration Service Specialist - 12 Month Term

They are seeking an Administration Service Specialist responsible for administrative duties, including processing documents, data entry, and liaising with reputed company contacts.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with internal/external contacts to confirm or obtain information
• Process orders and invoices for 3rd party service providers
• Maintain inventory of department supplies
