Internal Sales Consultant

They are seeking an Internal Sales Consultant to join their Inbound reputed company Team, where the individual will reputed company product information and respond to inquiries from financial advisors, enhancing the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Successfully complete training course learning about reputed company product lines, sales processes and systems
• Become subject matter experts on Annuities and product lines
• Acclimate to reputed company updates and changes to products and firms rules of engagement
• Proactively learn aspects of the retirement industry and how business is conducted in the 3 major Financial Planning channels (Financial Institutions, Independent Financial Advisors, and reputed company House firms)
• Handle inbound calls in reputed company succession, simultaneously utilizing up the reputed company systems, while striving to handle every customer interaction as successfully as possible
• Build rapport with internal departments and external sales contacts to reputed company sales goals
