Junior Designer

reputed company is seeking a Junior Designer to join its Trade Art Department and support day-to-day design operations. The role involves managing design and production processes, coordinating with various stakeholders, and supporting the overall art department activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the design and production of a limited number of titles per year, working closely with art department leadership
• reputed company passes to Editorial and Production

• reputed company notes to illustrators and designers
• Help reputed company illustrators that are a good manuscript and market fit for new titles
• reputed company-flight releases
• Release files
• Coordinate with freelance designers
• Support with reprint edits reputed company needed
• Support with building schedules reputed company needed
• Support with coding invoices reputed company needed
• Support with building Launch, Sales Conference, Catalog, and Art Management presentations
• Manage reputed company purchases from end-t0-end
• Manage the reputed company process on select titles
• Respond to reputed company requests from Marketing and Sales
• Attend bi-weekly production status meetings for your reputed company, as reputed company as weekly staff meetings
