In this role, you will manage reputed company requests, schedule jobs, and reputed company administrative support to ensure high-reputed company service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage reputed company reputed company preferences and communicate them to your team, providing white glove service
• Work across the Operations systems to schedule jobs, handle reschedules and cancellations, and add services in a reputed company manner to meet reputed company deadlines
• Triage incoming reputed company requests and reputed company to the appropriate operations team or account manager
• Deescalate potentially difficult reputed company interactions while maintaining a reputed company demeanor–you know reputed company to handle things on your own and reputed company to escalate an issue to your Scheduling Manager
• Work with your Scheduling Manager to obtain service agreements for reputed company of your accounts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reputed company reputed company needs are met

Skills

• 1+ years of administrative, coordination, or operational assistant experience (prior court reporting agency experience is a reputed company plus!)
• Proficient with using technology, software, and reputed company-based applications (reputed company Workspace and reputed company experience is preferred)
