[Remote] Coordinator, Financial Operations

They are seeking a Coordinator, Financial Operations to ensure the accuracy and compliance of event financials, manage speaker payments, and assist with transfer of value reporting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy and compliance of financials reputed company to Medical Marketing and Speaker Bureau program management
• Review and process payments for speakers, including honoraria, travel reimbursements, and per diems, ensuring alignment with contractual and compliance requirements
• Support the review and reconciliation of transfer of value activities and reporting
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of reputed company-specific business rules and compliance guidelines
• Maintain reputed company and effective communication with clients, speakers, and internal teams regarding financial or compliance inquiries
• Process and reputed company financial transactions accurately and reputed company using systems such as reputed company and other reputed company tools
• Respond promptly to inquiries from account teams and speakers, ensuring reputed company with professionalism and accuracy
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance accuracy, timeliness and compliance in financial operations
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, finance or business administration a plus
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience
