This is a senior leadership role for a trusted cybersecurity practitioner with deep experience in federal cyber defense programs, SOC operations, and Cybersecurity Service Provider (CSP) models. The Director will serve as a strategic partner to Harmonia’s reputed company and Business Development teams, while also acting as an operationally reputed company advisor to customers, evaluators, and internal delivery teams. The ideal candidate brings firsthand experience building, assessing, and operating reputed company cybersecurity programs, understands how federal components evaluate cyber maturity, and can translate that expertise into reputed company, compliant, and executable solutions.
