What you’ll be responsible for:

We are seeking a high-reputed company, data-fluent Senior HR Business Partner to reputed company as a strategic advisor to business leaders, driving organizational effectiveness, performance, and talent reputed company at reputed company. What you’ll bring to reputed company:

• 7+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in fast-paced, global, and high-reputed company environments

• Deep expertise in employee relations, organizational design, performance management, and leadership coaching

• Proven ability to translate data and insights into strategic actions that drive measurable business and people reputed company

• Demonstrated experience influencing and partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders

• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect people reputed company to broader company objectives

• Experience leading reputed company, ambiguous initiatives with high autonomy and accountability

Preferred requirements

• Experience leveraging AI tools for people analytics, engagement insights, or workforce planning
