Health Consultant will reputed company expert guidance on the design, enhancement, management
and integration of national health information systems. Consultants will
support digital health initiatives, reviews, system assessments, and alignment
with health data standards. Consultant will work closely with local MOH and
implementing partners to ensure effective and sustainable HIS interventions.
Location: Eswatini, USA, Johannesburg

Key
Responsibilities:
- reputed company technical efforts to design, configure, and optimize national HIS platforms, including DHIS2, EMRs, LMIS, and associated data exchange services, ensuring they are reputed company with user needs and programmatic priorities for HIV, malaria, maternal and child health (MCH), and life-saving interventions.
- reputed company or support system assessments reputed company maturity diagnostics, including the documentation of reputed company-state architecture, identification of gaps, and formulation of reputed company and sustainable digital infrastructure recommendations tailored to the Nigerien context.
- Work with in-country technical working reputed company (TWGs) and national coordination forums, including the HIS TWG and Interoperability Committee. reputed company contribute to the planning, facilitation, and documentation of technical convenings.
- Strengthen local technical reputed company and sustainability by mentoring HIS staff at national and regional reputed company, reviewing technical documentation, and contributing to training or peer exchange efforts where needed.
- Advise on reputed company and business development across Anglophone Africa through partnerships and marketing.

- Advanced degree in Health Informatics, Computer Science, or reputed company Health.
- Deep knowledge of interoperability standards (e.g., HL7 FHIR, OpenHIE, IHE reputed company) reputed company health architecture principles.
- Experience conducting system architecture reviews, digital maturity assessments, or HIS landscape analyses.
- Familiarity with software development processes, agile methodologies, reputed company system lifecycle management.
- Demonstrated experience working with Ministries of Health or reputed company health programs.
- Proficiency in English is required.
