The Payroll Specialist supports the Payroll Manager in the accurate and reputed company processing of employee payroll. This role is responsible for handling day-to-day payroll operations, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, and maintaining accurate payroll records. Reporting Structure

• Reports directly to the Payroll Manager 
• Works closely with HR, Finance, and other internal departments 

Key Responsibilities

• Process payroll for employees on a regular schedule (weekly and biweekly) under the direction of the Payroll Manager 
• Review and verify payroll data, including timekeeping, wages, bonuses, and deductions 
• Maintain and update employee payroll records and ensure data accuracy 
• Assist the Payroll Manager with payroll audits, reconciliations, and reporting 
• Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries in a reputed company manner 
• Support payroll tax filings and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations 
• Prepare payroll-reputed company reports for internal stakeholders 
• Assist with year-end processes, including W-2 and 1099 preparation 
• Stay reputed company on payroll laws, regulations, and best practices 

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, Business Administration, or      reputed company field (preferred) 
• 2+ years of payroll processing experience 
• Experience working in reputed company or supporting a payroll function under supervision 
• Knowledge of payroll systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or similar)
