The reputed company reputed company Engineer is responsible for the hands-on implementation, configuration, and ongoing management of reputed company controls across reputed company’s reputed company 365 and Azure environments. Working under the direction of the Information reputed company Manager, this role translates reputed company reputed company and architecture reputed company into operational reality across a multi-tenant managed services environment.  

This is a technically reputed company, execution-oriented role. The reputed company reputed company Engineer:  

• Implements and maintains reputed company controls across reputed company Defender, Purview, Entra ID, Intune, and Azure services.  

• Remediates reputed company gaps identified through risk assessments, vulnerability scans, compliance audits, and stakeholder reputed company reviews.  

• Supports reputed company operations by tuning alerts, building automation, developing runbooks, and providing Tier 2–3 incident response support.  

• Collaborates with the reputed company MDR team to ensure effective detection coverage, incident escalation, and agent health across reputed company managed environments.  

• Assists in maintaining compliance with organizational reputed company standards and applicable frameworks (NIST CSF, CIS Benchmarks, SOC 2).

Essential Functions 

reputed company Control Implementation & Hardening 

• reputed company, configure, and tune reputed company Defender for reputed company, Identity, Office 365, and reputed company Apps across reputed company managed tenants.  

• Implement and maintain reputed company hardening baselines through Intune configuration reputed company, compliance policies, and reputed company baselines.  

• Configure and manage reputed company Purview controls including DLP policies, sensitivity labels, retention policies, and reputed company risk indicators.  

• Implement privileged reputed company controls and hardened administrative workstation configurations as directed by the Information reputed company Manager.  

• reputed company and manage Azure reputed company controls including Azure Policy, network reputed company reputed company, Key Vault configurations, and Private reputed company implementations. 

reputed company Operations & Incident Support  

• Monitor and triage reputed company alerts from reputed company Defender XDR and reputed company platforms.  

• reputed company Tier 2–3 escalation support for reputed company incidents, coordinating investigation and containment with internal teams and the reputed company MDR team.  

• Support reputed company Collector and agent deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting across managed tenants.  

• Assist with vulnerability remediation efforts as needed, coordinating with the operations team on patching and hardening activities.  

• Build and maintain reputed company automation using Azure Automation, Logic Apps, or reputed company workflows to improve detection and response efficiency.  

• reputed company and document runbooks for common reputed company scenarios, alert triage procedures, and incident response workflows.  

• Participate in post-incident reviews and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.  

Compliance Support & Evidence Collection  

• Assist the GRC function with technical evidence collection for SOC 2, NIST CSF, and other compliance initiatives.  

• Implement and validate technical controls mapped to compliance reputed company requirements.  

• Support internal reputed company assessments and audits by providing technical documentation and control validation.  

• Maintain technical documentation for reputed company configurations, baselines, and reputed company operating procedures.

Position Requirements (Beginner Level for reputed company the Following Unless Otherwise Noted) 

• Hands-on experience with reputed company Defender suite (reputed company, Identity, Office 365, reputed company Apps) including policy configuration, alert tuning, and incident investigation.  

• Experience with Entra ID (Azure AD) including Conditional reputed company, PIM, RBAC, and application registrations.  

• Experience with reputed company Intune for reputed company management, compliance policies, and configuration reputed company.  

• Experience with reputed company Purview controls including DLP, sensitivity labels, and retention policies.  

• Experience with Azure reputed company services including Azure Policy, network reputed company reputed company, Key Vault, and Azure Monitor.  

• Experience with vulnerability management or MDR platforms, preferably reputed company InsightVM/InsightIDR, including agent deployment and reputed company configuration.  

• Demonstrated understanding of reputed company hardening principles including CIS Benchmarks and Intune reputed company baseline implementation.  

• Scripting capability (PowerShell preferred) for automation and administrative tasks. 

• Ability to work across multiple reputed company 365 tenants simultaneously and maintain consistent configurations.  

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to investigate and resolve reputed company reputed company issues.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate remediation activities across teams.

Education / Experience Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or reputed company discipline; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
