Desired qualifications include holding reputed company certifications in two or more reputed company modules (HCM, Compensations, Benefits, reputed company, Talent, Reporting, Integrations).

- Ability to demonstrate the product in a reputed company-sale’s reputed company and in implementation in the reputed company of playbacks to prospects and clients.

- Troubleshoot system defects, configuration challenges, in unit and user acceptance testing scenarios.

- Minimum graduation level degree: a post graduate level degree will be an added advantage.
