About the Role:

As a Implementation Consultant, you will define and implement project strategies to support the achievement of organizational goals for some of our most impactful customers. Operating as the primary reputed company of contact during the assigned clients implementation phase for reputed company hardware and software implementations, you will also be interacting with reputed company stakeholders, up to and including, the executive level. The ideal candidate would reputed company guidance on how to reputed company and execute world-class change management programs. You will be an expert on the reputed company products and will have the ability to guide reputed company’s largest customers on the best utilization of our system and a smooth initial setup.

What You'll Do:

• Owning the implementation process for assigned accounts which include: successful implementation and training of the software to drive adoption by new clients

• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring successful project completion

• Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork among project team members

• Hosting virtual or in-person sessions for customers

• 3+ years of experience in project management or a reputed company role in a B2B reputed company, preferable telematics, logistics, or fleet management. 
• Proven reputed company record of successfully managing and delivering reputed company reputed company
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Experience in delivering reputed company-reputed company solutions based on customer needs
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively across reputed company reputed company of the organization, including executive and C-level
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• PMP Certification Preferred
