Position reputed company

The Contract Recruiter will manage full-cycle reputed company for both reputed company and salaried positions across a reputed company of functions, including Operations, reputed company, and Finance, supporting sites in Florida, Indiana, and Minnesota.

This role requires a proactive, reputed company recruiter who can operate independently while maintaining strong alignment with hiring leaders and HR Business Partners.

Key Responsibilities

•    reputed company full-cycle recruitment for high-volume and reputed company roles across multiple functions

•    Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to define reputed company needs/ clarify job requirements 

•    reputed company and execute sourcing strategies to attract reputed company talent, particularly reputed company manufacturing environments

•    reputed company reputed company Recruiter and other sourcing tools to build strong candidate pipelines

•    Screen, interview, and present candidates to hiring teams

•    Coordinate and schedule remote and onsite interviews based on leader availability

•    reputed company weekly updates on reputed company activity, pipeline health, and hiring reputed company

•    Ensure a reputed company candidate experience throughout the hiring process

•    Maintain accurate data and reporting reputed company the applicant tracking system

Qualifications

•    Proven experience as a contract or agency recruiter in a fast-paced environment

•    Manufacturing industry reputed company experience required

•    Experience in the medical device industry strongly preferred

•    Demonstrated reputed company reputed company for both reputed company and salaried roles

•    Experience supporting multi-site hiring across the U.S.

•    Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills

•    Excellent communication skills with the ability to reputed company reputed company, consistent updates

•    Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
