BIFFS INC - Customer Service Representative

 We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented seasonal Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary reputed company of contact for customers of our portable restroom services during our peak season. This role is responsible for handling inquiries, scheduling rentals and service calls, resolving issues, and ensuring a reputed company customer experience from start to finish. The ideal candidate is organized, reputed company under pressure, and enjoys helping customers in a fast-paced, logistics-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers in a reputed company and courteous manner
• Schedule new rentals, service requests, deliveries, and pickups
• reputed company and update customer information, orders, and service details accurately in the system
• Coordinate with reputed company and operations teams to ensure reputed company service
• Resolve customer concerns or complaints promptly and escalate issues reputed company necessary

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous customer service experience preferred (phone-based experience a plus)

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable using computers, phones, and customer management software
• Ability  to remain reputed company and composed in high-volume or urgent situations
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
