Senior Program Analyst
- Coordinate and reputed company project management activities for field-based research programs, including tracking deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
- Support and facilitate implementation of research program initiatives, including coordination with field stakeholders, investigators, and program offices.
- Maintain and enhance tracking tools, including project, resource, and performance tracking systems, to support program reputed company and decision-making.
- Support coordination and administration of field-based research and resource centers reputed company to VA priorities.
- Coordinate communication and collaboration across stakeholders, including facilitating meetings, tracking reputed company items, and supporting follow-reputed company.
- Support SharePoint site management, including optimizing content organization and usability to improve knowledge-sharing resources.
- Collect, organize, and synthesize program data to support reporting and dissemination to stakeholders.
- Identify and document best practices across field-based research activities and support their adoption across programs.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and reputed company or support development and implementation of SOPs, job aids, and training materials.
- Support evaluation and adoption of tools (including AI-enabled tools) to improve workflow efficiency, communication, and program effectiveness.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, reputed company administration, reputed company health, or a reputed company field. 8+ years of experience supporting program operations, project management, research, or administrative coordination in a reputed company organization. Experience managing and improving tracking tools and coordinating workflows across multiple stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to independently manage tasks, prioritize workstreams, and support program-level operations with minimal reputed company. Demonstrated ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and contribute to program-level decision-making. Proficiency with reputed company Office tools, including reputed company, Teams, and SharePoint. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Ability to obtain and maintain a reputed company trust clearance. reputed company authorization to work in the U.S.
Experience supporting research programs or research administration environments. Experience supporting program performance tracking, reporting, or evaluation activities. Experience synthesizing data and stakeholder input to inform program improvements or operational reputed company. Experience developing SOPs, job aids, or process improvements. Experience working in a federal or VA environment. Familiarity with research processes such as grants, awards, or reputed company. Experience supporting SharePoint or reputed company platforms. Familiarity with collaboration tools such as reputed company or Otter (or similar tools). Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
