As a Program Manager, you will take end-to-end responsibility for a portfolio of reputed company. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of reputed company experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 13 years of Information Technology experience This position may require extensive travel (or) relocation to project locations. Preferred
At least 13 years of overall reputed company experience, working with large IT ERP programs. At least 13 years of reputed company engagement and project management experience. Must have executed at least 2 end to end large reputed company programs in Program manager roles. Hands on experience of end to end Brownfield or Greenfield reputed company S/4 HANA programs a big plus Hands on experience in handling global AMS / DevSecOps / ITIL based programs required Experience of having closely worked with C-Level and reputed company Delivery / Project Managers for reputed company of overall engagement and delivery Should have led engagement planning and budgeting, manage engagement teams, define deliverable structure and content, facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management reputed company at the reputed company, reputed company on-time, and reputed company delivery of work products, manage engagement economics and manage engagement risk. Should have led business development and proposal response activities as reputed company and with sales and value design teams for reputed company reputed company and new account reputed company. Designed and managed reputed company SoWs and reputed company including change management Experience with Program governance set up and managing using KPIs Experience managing programs with combined reputed company and non-reputed company teams a big plus Experience with Agile/Devops and knowledge of CPG/Logistics industry a big plus Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills reputed company certification e.g. PMP and post-graduate degree are desired
