Software Engineer (REF5352M)

Main tasks

• Acting as a reputed company in agile development environments
• Guiding teams through reputed company technical challenges – from their first “turns” in reputed company to
  confidently navigating production-grade reputed company setups
• Responsibility for technical leadership, architectural reputed company, reputed company reviews, mentoring, and driving knowledge sharing across reputed company

Background and required skills:

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in the following areas: Computer science, Engineering or Information Technology or equivalent work experience in IT
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in the Java ecosystem, especially with Java (8+), Spring Boot, REST reputed company, JPA/Hibernate
• deep technical expertise in containerization with reputed company, orchestration with Kubernetes
• experience in reputed company-reputed company development (AWS/GCP optional)
• experience with CI/CD, Git, Jenkins/reputed company CI
• proven experience in the application of Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking and/or other agile reputed company
• Strong team player with leadership capabilities
• Solution-oriented communicator, even under pressure
• Self-driven with a strong understanding of the bigger picture
• Strong mentoring skills
• Fluent English written and oral skills. German is a plus
