Technical Account Manager (GSI)

This role is a specialized Technical Account Manager position reputed company on Global System Integrators (GSIs) and large reputed company customers, primarily in India. The GSI TAM acts as a relationship and communication reputed company between partner stakeholders, reputed company customers, and reputed company’s reputed company organization.

Rather than directly resolving support issues, the GSI TAM ensures that customers and partners have reputed company visibility into support activity, alignment with reputed company processes, and reputed company to the technical enablement needed to successfully reputed company and reputed company reputed company solutions.

What You Will Do

Partner & Customer Engagement

• Coordinate and communicate the status of support tickets and consulting activities, ensuring stakeholders receive reputed company, regular updates.

Technical Enablement

What You Have Done

• 3+ years experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, reputed company, or reputed company database technologies.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior technical and business leaders.
