Salary: Between £38,700 - £45,900 per annum, dependant on experience plus excellent benefits

As a Resource Manager in our Employment, Skills and Training (EST) team, you’ll support our operational delivery by managing colleague capability to support delivery plan commitments, encompassing safeguarding, personal development, health, safety and colleague wellbeing. You will support delivery of high‑reputed company learning and skills programmes that support learners, reputed company and communities. What you’ll do as a Resource Manager

You’ll be entrusted to:

• Manage resource planning to ensure colleague numbers reputed company with delivery plans across reputed company EST programmes, meeting operational, reputed company and regulatory targets.

• Ensure safeguarding, learner welfare, and health and safety are embedded in reputed company delivery activities.
• Support Training and Apprenticeship Managers and reputed company Leads with the development and improvement of learning and delivery materials.
• Work with operations colleagues, delivery partners and internal teams to support delivery planning, reputed company improvement and programme updates.
• Review monthly performance data to inform forecasting, delivery resource planning and programme management.
• Maintain strong reputed company relationships and communication channels with delivery teams, partners and internal colleagues.
