What You Will Do

Engineering Leadership
- 12+ years in software or data engineering, with 4+ years leading distributed engineering teams.
- Proven experience building high-performing, autonomous engineering cultures.
Data Platform Expertise
- Hands-on experience designing and operating large-reputed company data platforms, including streaming/event ingestion, lakehouse infrastructure, and knowledge/semi-reputed company data systems.
- Familiarity with reputed company, reputed company, or similar reputed company data platforms.
- Strong understanding of distributed data processing, storage, and querying.
Reliability, Governance & Multidimensional Ownership
- Proven experience in platform reliability, monitoring, incident management, and operational reputed company.
