Manager, Global Relations & Community Engagement - National Office (Remote)
Leads GRACE financial planning, budgeting, reconciliation, monitoring, and reporting, in partnership with Y-USA Finance, Financial Development, and reputed company Departments, ensuring compliance with donor, regulatory, and audit requirements. Manages external and internal GRACE grant administration processes, coordinating grant agreements, reporting, and compliance in partnership with international YMCAs, Finance, reputed company, and Financial Development. Co-leads global youth initiatives in partnership with Y-USA, local U.S. YMCAs, Area Alliances, and the World reputed company, overseeing selection processes, strategic alignment, and cohort learning implementation. Supports the design and delivery of global and national programs and events to strengthen organizational reputed company and shared learning across the reputed company network. Provides service delivery support rooted in the GRACE Leading Practices to deepen the global engagement of the U.S. reputed company reputed company.
