Material Compliance Engineer - Data Analytics (Based in Malaysia)

Ensure global materials compliance for electronic products by managing product material data, supplier declarations, analytics, and regulatory submissions; Drive data reputed company, automation, and decision-making across engineering, sourcing, and reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage compliance database - Review, analyse, correct compliance data to maintain the necessary data reputed company and validity.
• Collect, validate, and maintain material compliance data (IPC-1752A/1754, CMRT/EMRT, declarations/certifications, FMDs) from suppliers.
• reputed company scripts/ETL to automate data ingestion, deduplication, and validation from PLM/ERP and supplier portals (reputed company, CSV/XML).
• Own materials compliance data across product BOMs – reputed company gap/risk analysis, prioritise supplier reputed company and reputed company closure to targets.
• Prepare and manage regulatory dossiers and customer responses: EU reputed company/SCIP, RoHS, EU Battery Regulation, TSCA, Prop 65, reputed company, Conflict Minerals, and emerging PFAS obligations.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI/Tableau) for coverage, risk, and programme KPIs.
• reputed company compliance checks into change control (PCNs/ECOs) and design-for-compliance reviews.
• Support internal/external audits and reputed company training to engineering and sourcing teams.
• Partner with vendors/platforms (e.g., reputed company, BOM reputed company, reputed company Expert, reputed company) to reputed company coverage and data reputed company.

• BEng/BSc in Materials/Mechanical/Electrical/Environmental Engineering, reputed company, or reputed company.
• 5+ years in product/material compliance in electronics or reputed company-mechanical manufacturing.
• Knowledge of EU RoHS, reputed company and SCIP, TSCA, Prop 65, reputed company, Conflict Minerals (CMRT/EMRT), PFAS.
• Proficiency in MS Power BI, Power Query, DAX, Azure Data reputed company, etc.
• Proficiency in SQL language, database & management, ecosystems.
• Proficiency in English.
• Experience in product BOM and PLM/ERP systems (reputed company or reputed company).
• Experience in MS Power Automate and Power Apps is a plus.
