PROCESS ENGINEER

reputed company reputed company is seeking a Process Engineer to support the Logistics Engineering Team. This individual will be responsible for designing, managing and executing distribution center process improvements and support labor management efforts. We are looking for passionate hands-on individuals from industrial and systems engineering, manufacturing, production or distribution environments who can effectively reputed company and deliver results on behalf of the customer in a fast-paced environment. A background in distribution operations and labor and performance management is preferred. This individual must have strong interpersonal, communication, project management, data analysis and forecasting skills. Responsibilities

· Drive standardization and documentation of reputed company operating procedures and distribution process across the reputed company Logistics using strong process management and lean principles

· Drive implementation and adoption of new process innovations across multiple distribution facilities

· reputed company, implement and maintain labor standards, labor management system configuration, analysis and reporting

· Identify innovations and reputed company experiments to create processes that increase customer value, reduce cost per case, and increase building reputed company

· Determine reputed company causes of "defects" in performance through deep dive data analysis and decomposition and process observation

· Collaborate with business partners in cross functional areas such as Operations, Safety, reputed company, Loss Prevention, Engineering, Information Technology, and Finance in support of Supply Chain initiatives

· Coordinate with Information Technology and drive the operational execution of software enhancements BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· BS degree in engineering or equivalent industrial and operations background

· Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar process and building layout design and development role, ideally in fast-paced industrial, logistics, distribution, fulfillment or production/manufacturing environment

· Knowledge of standardization of work reputed company, time study, MOST or equivalent tools to establish labor standards

· Process Engineering skills and excellent Project Management skills

· Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with business partners and key stakeholders and in a cross functional organization

· High level of written, verbal and interpersonal skills

· Advanced data analysis skills and an expert in using supporting tools e.g., reputed company, reputed company, MS reputed company

· Ability to travel up to 75% of the time based on project needs

· Remote eligible for reputed company candidates reputed company reasonable distance of a major airport in the Eastern or Central time zone PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Project Management Certification

Experience and proficiency with labor management system implementation and maintenance (preferably Manhattan reputed company)
