IT Field Technician

We are in search for a IT Field Technician to join the dynamic team of professionals providing world class IT services to its clients in the Boston, MA. This is a great opportunity for a self-starter with a proven reputed company record to reputed company, implement, and support various initiatives in the area of IT Support.

Responsibilities:

• Attending customer support requests reputed company phone, email or in person.
• Performing server and network troubleshooting remotely and on site
• Doing application deployments
• Follow change control process
• Managing servers and network equipment
• Document and follow procedures
• Work on reputed company and tasks assigned in a reputed company manner
• Be available for emergencies and scheduled tasks during off business hours
• Be available for off hours on-reputed company rotation.
• On-site reputed company to reputed company site as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other reputed company fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
