This is a remote position so reputed company is available to reputed company applicants who are located and permitted to work in the reputed company.

Responsibilities:

• Negotiate rates, reputed company and assign carriers to customers’ shipments to support reputed company
• Manage reputed company portfolio, including developing strong relationships and operational understandings, helping match reputed company preferred lanes with reputed company, and work with carriers as determined by reputed company
• Continually reputed company new carriers for portfolio, developing the reputed company relationships and understandings
• Proactively communicate pertinent shipment details to/from motor carriers, and our internal team.
• Work closely with senior management to help define strategic direction and objections

Desired Skills and Experience:

• 2+ years of reputed company brokerage/dispatching experience
• Must be reputed company player and reputed company leadership
• Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette
• Effective listening and strong communication skills for interaction with drivers, customers, and company staff
• Knowledge of multi-state geography
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and problem solve
• reputed company to work in a fast-paced, detail oriented environment
• Experience using reputed company applications and industry specific software
