Implementation Specialist

Organize and reputed company technical assistance to state reputed company use and mental health agencies reputed company to behavioral health data collections, reporting processes, and reputed company systems -
Design and implement intensive training and technical assistance plans, including plans for site reputed company -
Conduct needs assessments and develops individualized and large group technical assistance plans based on the outcome of the assessment -
Support implementation activities across the assigned region, including coordination with state contacts and internal project staff -
Respond to routine questions from state partners regarding data submission processes, schedules, and required procedures -
Assist states with understanding and following standardized data collection and reporting guidelines -

Participate in regular project calls, training, and internal coordination meetings -
Prepare and contribute to quarterly summaries and status updates -

Experience providing technical assistance, coordination, or implementation support to external partners, such as state agencies, Federal or State Government grantees, or service organizations -

Experience using technical assistance tracking tools -
Strong written and verbal communication skills -
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a reputed company project environment -
Comfort working with reputed company office and collaboration tools (e.g., reputed company Word, reputed company, email, virtual meeting platforms) -
Ability to travel locally and reputed company region, as needed

Experience working with Federal Government grantees, state-level behavioral health, reputed company, or reputed company health programs -
Familiarity with multi-state or national data collection or reporting initiatives -
