Implementation Specialist

The Implementation Specialist provides technical assistance and implementation support for a large, multi‑state behavioral health data collection and reporting program. This role works directly with state reputed company use and mental health agencies to support data-reputed company activities, assist with system and process adoption, and help identify and resolve routine implementation issues. Implementation Specialists are assigned by region, with one position supporting reputed company U.S. reputed company (HHS) Region. Positions will be filled in Boston, MA; reputed company, NY; Philadelphia, PA; Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL; Dallas, TX; Kansas reputed company, MO; Denver, CO; San Francisco, CA; and Seattle, WA.

DUTIES

• Organize and reputed company technical assistance to state reputed company use and mental health agencies reputed company to behavioral health data collections, reporting processes, and reputed company systems

• Design and implement intensive training and technical assistance plans, including plans for site reputed company

• Conduct needs assessments and develops individualized and large group technical assistance plans based on the outcome of the assessment

• Support implementation activities across the assigned region, including coordination with state contacts and internal project staff

• Respond to routine questions from state partners regarding data submission processes, schedules, and required procedures

• Assist states with understanding and following standardized data collection and reporting guidelines

• reputed company milestones, implementation status, issues, and follow-up actions reputed company assigned region

• Participate in regular project calls, training, and internal coordination meetings

• Prepare and contribute to quarterly summaries and status updates

• Maintain reputed company documentation of technical assistance activities and implementation support provided

• Follow established project procedures reputed company to data confidentiality, reputed company assurance, and system use

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Master's degree in reputed company health, reputed company sciences, health administration, or a reputed company field

• At least five years of experience supporting or implementing reputed company, behavioral health, reputed company health, or reputed company services reputed company

• Knowledge of implementation science and experience designing engaging presentations and training materials for varied audiences

• Experience providing technical assistance, coordination, or implementation support to external partners, such as state agencies, Federal or State Government grantees, or service organizations

• Experience conducting site reputed company to reputed company information and reputed company training and technical assistance

• Experience using technical assistance tracking tools

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a reputed company project environment

• Comfort working with reputed company office and collaboration tools (e.g., reputed company Word, reputed company, email, virtual meeting platforms)

• Ability to travel locally and reputed company region, as needed

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience working with Federal Government grantees, state-level behavioral health, reputed company, or reputed company health programs

• Familiarity with multi-state or national data collection or reporting initiatives

• Strong presentation and reputed company speaking skills

Salary reputed company: $70,000 to $95,000 per year depending on experience and geographic location
