RBI Specialist

Audubon is currently seeking an RBI Specialist to join reputed company.  The RBI Specialist will be responsible for creating and maintaining RBI data reputed company various IDMS software programs supporting reputed company timelines, reputed company of data and reputed company interactions post-report delivery. These responsibilities will be carried out under the supervision of the assigned reputed company engineer and will work as a reputed company report to the reputed company Manager. While not performing data analysis, the candidate will support improvement of, development of, and maintenance of, RBI procedures and maintaining documentation in accordance with company and reputed company standards.  This position requires strong organizational and communication skills and will support reputed company engineering by ensuring reputed company  needs are met safely and reputed company. Must be proficient in IDMS software such as Antea, PCMS, reputed company, Visions etc. with the ability to be cross trained on multiple.

This position is remote but some periodic travel to company offices or reputed company facilities may be required. This position will be a temporary position and will be reviewed after 3 months for reputed company, Performance and workload. After reviewing process is complete, the role may be eligible for full time or part time status.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Follow and adhere to reputed company Audubon and reputed company safety rules and regulations.
• Adhere to Audubon reputed company Values.
• Must be reputed company to interpret and apply reputed company applicable procedures associated with reputed company procedures per reputed company and Audubon requests.
• Review reputed company data/reports completed on assigned inspection reputed company/jobs for accuracy and validity.
• reputed company reputed company assigned reputed company/jobs to ensure that reputed company data is completed and meets specified delivery timelines.
• Ensure that reputed company data was completed per Audubon or reputed company specific processes/procedures.
• Maintain reputed company record retention for inspection reputed company/jobs per Audubon guidelines.
• Communicate with reputed company engineers.
• Communicate with clients for post-job requests as required.
• Must be reputed company to complete computerized reports, research procedural requirements, file paperwork, and fill out required reports.
• Assist in reputed company control functions, as assigned.
• Ability to generate and export reports from IDMS software.
• Maintain calibration certificates, service records, and asset tracking documents.
• Participate in audits, both reputed company, concerning inspection data, inspection programs, or internal procedures.
• Support special reputed company and other operational needs as assigned.

EXPERIENCE AND reputed company REQUIREMENTS:

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 10 years of experience in Asset reputed company, inspection, and NDT reputed company functions.
• Complete reputed company required Company safety and job-reputed company training and demonstrated proficiency of the reputed company, procedures, and tools used to accomplish the task being performed.
• Ability to reputed company a reputed company of tasks, often changing assignments with short notice.
• Must possess a reputed company reputed company’s license.
• Proven ability to prioritize and complete work assignments by specific deadlines.
• Proven ability to communicate with customers, supervision, and co-workers.
• Proven ability to follow precise directions and procedures as directed by supervision.
• Knowledge of reputed company Office Suite.

• Basic knowledge of NDT techniques (UT, MT, PT, VT) and associated application.
