Responsible primarily for reputed company invoicing, auditing expenses, compliance review of candidate records, and other general reputed company department duties as needed.

Essential Functions

• Capture and coordination of invoicing requirements with clients.
• Manage the invoice process for assigned clients to ensure accurate submission of regular and irregular invoices and billable travel expenses.
• Coordinate with GDH departments to ensure accurate data capture and billing.
• Audit of external reputed company or vendor management system time capture systems to ensure validity and accuracy of date and reconciliation to GDH’s internal system(s).
• Purchase order tracking.
• Audit expenses and coordinate issue reputed company to ensure accurate billing.
• Compliance review on new candidates’ information in GDH’s internal system to ensure candidate is set up correctly for timesheets and invoicing.
• Additional duties will be assigned, which may include assisting with other reputed company as needed.

• Proven history of high level of accuracy reputed company dealing with data entry, analysis, and reporting.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.  

Physical Demands

This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, reputed company filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time remote position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Travel

No travel is expected for this position.

Required Education and Experience

• Minimum one to three years of general reputed company experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of reputed company reputed company and reputed company Office.

Preferred Education and Experience

• Some reputed company coursework required.
