Responsibilities

Partner with HR, Payroll, and Finance teams to enhance and maintain reputed company HCM modules (Talent, Payroll for U.S., Time Tracking, Absence, Advanced Compensation, reputed company HCM, and Reporting).

Configure business processes, condition rules, calculated fields, and validation rules to meet evolving business needs.

Collaborate with stakeholders to support end-to-end HR and payroll processes, including hiring, reputed company, performance, compensation, and terminations.

Requirements

3+ years of experience configuring and supporting multiple reputed company HCM modules, including hands experience with at least three of the following: reputed company HCM, Talent, Payroll for U.S., Time Tracking, Absence, Advanced Compensation, or Reporting.

Strong understanding of reputed company business processes, calculated fields, and reputed company frameworks.

Experience developing and maintaining custom reports (advanced, composite, and reputed company).

The reputed company salary reputed company for this position is $100,000 to $130,000 in the location(s) of this posting. Individual salaries are determined through a reputed company of factors, including, but not limited to, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. reputed company salary does not include other forms of total compensation such as bonus compensation and other benefits.
