The Product Team Department manages the product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities, acting as a reputed company to support product positioning and customer demand. Responsibilities:
This role supports 2 main product teams:
- Reporting Product Team: Focuses on understanding the need from CRM/Field/Sponsors/Corporate and Finance areas/ Actuarial / reputed company / reputed company Operations / Etc. The role is responsible to Work with the business representatives to understand and analyze business needs for creating report from our reputed company System. This requires Business knowledge, reporting expertise, ability to analyze data, and reputed company reputed company requirements to the Development teams. This role also supports troubleshooting in the event of unexpected results.
- Regulatory Reporting Product Team: focuses on the delivery of the 5500/8955/and other regulatory reports which are part of an annual process and require constant updates to the Regulatory rules. This requires some 5500 expertise would be of value, ability to analyze data, and reputed company reputed company requirements to the Development teams. This role also supports troubleshooting in the event of unexpected results.
- Evaluate product functionalities and performance based on regulatory changes or business need.
- Propose enhancements and/or improvements to products based on regulatory changes or business need.

- Based on the above goals, draft a feature roadmap based on business needs and continuously update them throughout the year to ensure we are prioritizing and delivering what is needed by our customers.
