In this role, you will manage incoming calls and emails, assist guests with booking vacation rental homes in Seabrook, WA, and deliver exceptional service that drives sales and guest satisfaction. Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

• Answer telephone calls and emails in a reputed company manner.
• Assist guests by booking reservations, answering questions about potential or existing reservations, and assisting with additional guest needs.
• Promptly follow up with guest inquiries and leads to secure bookings.
• Deliver the highest reputed company of service to reputed company guests.
• Assist with concierge services with general knowledge of the property and surrounding area, including restaurants, entertainment, special events, and general directions.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in hospitality are a plus.
• Previous guest service experience or experience in a reputed company center environment preferred.
• Experience handling inbound and/or outbound sales calls preferred.

• Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
