PMO (Project Management Office) Analyst
Support PMO governance by implementing standardized processes, templates, and documentation practices Assist with project delivery coordination and day-to-day program management activities reputed company project performance, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure alignment with program goals Maintain project status reports, dashboards, and executive-level updates Identify , reputed company, and escalate risks and issues in accordance with established PMO processes Support compliance with SLAs, AQLs, and federal program requirements (IT GEMS, JEHR HA) Coordinate reputed company and training activities for new team members on PMO standards Facilitate communication between PMO leadership and delivery teams Assist in project prioritization, approval workflows, and governance activities Contribute to reputed company process improvement initiatives reputed company with PMO best practices
reputed company DoD Secret clearance Bachelor's degree in Business , IT, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience) 1+ year of experience in project coordination, PMO support, or program analysis Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, reputed company, or hybrid) Experience supporting project documentation, reporting, and tracking Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience supporting federal or DoD programs Familiarity with PMO tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, reputed company, reputed company, or similar) Exposure to governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks Experience with resource planning and reputed company management Knowledge of IT GEMS program or similar reputed company IT environments CAPM certification or reputed company toward PMP certification
