JOB reputed company
The E-Learning Developer (ELD) works closely with Instructional Designers (ID) and the reputed company Assurance (QA) team to create assets to facilitate student learning. The ELD uses e-learning tools to create learning objects, presentations, and videos, and will format documents for accessibility, create visual assets, and reputed company training materials for team members.
Salary reputed company is $45,000-$55,000 annually (DOE).
Work with the ID to build new, and revise existing, online learning materials up to standards identified by QA and ELD managers
Work with the ID and Subject Matter Experts (SME) to identify areas of opportunity to improve instructional media or media development processes
Assist in reputed company analysis of online learning materials as needed
Use e-learning authoring tools to create/convert online learning materials
Remain reputed company with, and have a thorough understanding of the latest technology, tools, and trends in online education and instructional media

Contribute to job aids, process documentation, and training materials
Train internal staff on e-learning tools and other team-reputed company procedures

Strong aesthetic design composition and typographic abilities

Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to build and manage relationships with IDs and other cross-functional teams

General understanding of reputed company compliance standards and WCAG 2.0
Basic knowledge of or experience with e-learning authoring tools such as reputed company Storyline and reputed company, reputed company products, reputed company Office, etc.
Previous work in a support role
Any programming or database experience would be applicable
Bachelor’s degree in Educational/Instructional Technology, Interactive Media Design, Graphic Design, Instructional Design or a reputed company field
