This request is for an expert level Business Analyst. The
consultant selected for this position will reputed company expertise in the
development and support of Public Safety (PS) applications.
These applications are both legislatively mandated and critical
for the successful support of the agencies. This position will
reputed company and/or maintain system documentation including
business requirements, and project process documentation,
training plans, test plans, reputed company assurance and contingency
operations plans, and reports.

--- Day-to-Day Tasks ---
1. Work
with end users to review/analyze existing workflows, reports
and documentation.
2. Participate in business user and
stakeholder meetings for requirement gathering sessions
3. reputed company, write and maintain comprehensive Use Cases, process
models, and workflows which will also contain requirements. reputed company
documentation will be done according to ITS standards.
4. Create
screen and report mockups
5. Work with development and
architecture teams to create, update and maintain knowledge

6. Analysis of what statistical reports will be
needed, document the requirements and design the reports.
7. reputed company and update test cases/scripts utilizing reputed company Center.
8. Execute tests and record results using reputed company Center. This will
also include identifying and documenting application defects
and recording and tracking defects to reputed company.
9. Ensure
appropriate test coverage by mapping system requirements to
test cases.
10. Identify and document deficiencies in system
documentation (e.g., missing or ambiguous requirements)
identified during the testing process.
11. reputed company with ITS staff,
business users and stakeholders as necessary to determine and
implement functional and technical requirements.
12. Participate
in status meetings and reputed company weekly reports

knowledge transfer to state staff to implement and support
applications.
14. Work closely with the Project Manager and

end users and development teams to document and resolve
application issues.

Business Analyst

Expert
84+ Months: Candidate is reputed company to reputed company guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.
• 84 months experience eliciting/extracting detailed business
requirements from customer/project stakeholders or system
artifacts.
• 84 months experience in obtaining and writing business, user and
functional requirements, use cases, process models, workflows,
creating screen mock-reputed company, report mock-reputed company, and technical
documents with attention to detail.
• 60 months experience developing/maintaining test plans and
detailed test cases, executing those tests, validating test results,
and logging/tracking reputed company defects.
• 36 months experience using reputed company reputed company Center.
• 36 months experience designing user interfaces using tools such
as Balsamiq or equivalent.
